We're a 2013 Parsec Awards Finalist!

It's official! Aaron's World is a 2013 Parsec Awards finalist for...

Best Speculative Fiction
Audio Drama (Short Form)

Wow! We couldn't be more excited. This is especially awesome since we are competing among all the BIG audio drama players. No "youth" category this year.

Winners will be announced at the Parsec Awards Ceremony held at Dragon*Con Labor Day weekend. Be sure to check out the full list of finalists!

Thank you to all our wonderful listeners who've supported us over the years. And a BIG thank you to Delaney, Ezra, Ashley, Monty, Evalyn and EVERYONE who's generously given their time and talent to our little show.

2012 Parsec Achievement Award!

Great news! "Aaron's World" was just presented with an  Achievement Award at the 2012 Parsec Awards ceremony at Dragon*Con.

The Youth category was closed for competition this year (too few nominees) so I cannot begin to tell you how AWESOME this is!

Thank you, Parsec Awards! You guys ROCK!

Aaron's World is Heading to Dragon*Con!

The Aaron's World team (aka our family) is heading to Atlanta next week (Sept 2-5) for Dragon*Con! We're excited!

In addition to attending the Parsec Awards Ceremony and having tons of fun... we'll also be participating in a podcasting panel to discuss how we make Aaron's World.

Are there things you or your kids would like to know about how we make the podcast? If so, send us your questions (actuallyspeaking@gmail.com) so we don't miss any areas of interest. If all goes well, we hope to share the audio with everyone as a bonus episode.

If you'll be at Dragon*Con this year, be sure to say hi. We'd love to meet you!

P.S. If you'd like to follow our adventures at Dragon*Con, be sure to "like" our Aaron's World Facebook Page or you can follow me directly (Mike Meraz) on Google Plus. I'll be posting a few updates and pictures each day.
